Bombay Punch Cocktail
Ingredients
1.2 litres (2 pints) brandy
1.2 litres (2 pints) sherry
150ml (1/4 pint) maraschino
150 ml ( 1/4 pint) orange Curacao
4.5 litres (8 pints) Champagne
2.25 litre (4 pints) sparkling mineral water
Pour the ingredients into a large punch bowl containing plenty of ice cubes and stir gently.
Decorate with fruits in season.
Keep the punch bowl packed with ice.
30 to 35 servings.
