Brandy Punch Cocktail
Ingredients
juice of 15 lemons
juice of 4 oranges
625g (1 1/4lb) caster sugar
300 ml (1/2 pint) orange Curacao
2 measures grenadine
2.25 litres (4 pints) brandy
2.25 litres (4 pints) sparkling mineral water
Place the ingredients in a large jug or bowl.
Add a few peics of ice and stir well.
Decorate with fruits in season.
4 to 6 servings.
