    Derby Cocktail Recipe

    Ingredients

  • 5 dashes of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon caster sugarr
  • 1 egg
  • 2 measures Canadian whisky
  • 3 dashes of orange Curcacao
  • soda water to top up

    • Shake the ingredients well with ice, strain into a tumbler and fill with soda water.
