Ingredients
1 sugar lump
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
2 measures Canadian whisky
Soak the sugar lump with the bitters in a small tumbler.
Crush the sugar with the back of a spoon. Add a lump of ice, a twist of lemon peel and a slice
of orange.<.p>
Pour on the whisky and stir well.
Variations of this cocktail can be made by subsituting brandy, gin, rum, vodka, etc, for the whisky.
