Peel and chop the peaches into a large bowl.
Pour one bottle of the still Moselle over the fruit.
Add the sugar, stir gently, the cover and leave for 30 minutes.
Add the second bottle of still Moselle.
Just before servings, add the sparkling Moselle.
8 to 10 servings.
This cup must be served chilled but no ice should be placed in the drink.
