Pineapple Fizz Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
1 1/2 teaspoons caster sugar
2 measures dark rum
soda water to top up
Shake the ingredients well with ice, strain into a tumbler and fill with soda water.
For a golden fizz, replace the egg white with a yolk.
