Ingredients

• 8 measures Canadian Whisky
• 2 egg whites
• 2 measures lemon juice
• a little sugar
• 5 dashes Pernod

Shake the ingredients together vigorously with ice and strain though a fine sieve into cocktail glasses.

6 Servings.

Be careful with this drink. It is said to cure the bite, kill the snake, or bring it out of the woodwork.
