Tom Collins Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons caster sugar
  • 2 measures gin
  • sofa water to top up

    • Tom Collins Shake the ingredients well with ice and strain into a tall tumbler. Add ice and a good dash of soda water.

    Decorate with lemon slices and cocktail cherries.
